Use the helper you already pay for
Bring your own AI to Wundaly: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or another MCP assistant. Use several, change any time, keep your hoard.
What Wunda keeps
Wundaly keeps your notes, decisions and regulars' likes in the workspace, so any AI helper can read them and a new chat picks up where the last one stopped.
Ten-packs and passes
How Wundaly memberships work for workshops, lessons and classes: packs with credits, subscriptions, and what happens when a pack is used up or has expired.
Invoices for two countries
How Wundaly drafts quotes and invoices with the legal lines for Germany and the Netherlands, which VAT rates the catalogue knows, and why you check the first ones.
One yes before it goes out
How approvals work for a small studio: your AI helper drafts, you read, you say yes, and only then does a message reach a customer.
A shop that starts in test mode
Why every new Wundaly shop begins as a test shop with a mock payment, what the readiness check looks at, and why only a person can switch a shop to live.
