A day · Bakeries

Orders, vouchers, a calmer morning.

A shop in test mode, gift vouchers and a stock list. An illustration: names, amounts and times are made up, and nothing here is a customer story.

Backstube Morgenrot · test shoptest shop
a test shop is live in seconds; going live is your call

Who

That could be you.

  • Who

A family bakery with an oven, a counter and a growing list of regulars.

  • Your yes

Every email to a customer waits for you, and only a person takes the shop live.

A day

What you say, what happens.

  1. 06:30
You say: Add the sourdough loaf at €6,50 and the rye at €5,90.

Your helper: Puts both in the catalog with their prices and a VAT class you set. Your yes: You check the prices. They come from the catalog, never from the helper.

  2. 07:15
You say: Run a test order for two loaves.

Your helper: Runs a whole order through the mock payment so you see the flow. Your yes: Nobody pays. Nothing is live.

  3. 09:00
You say: Issue a €25 gift voucher for Tobi.

Your helper: Issues the voucher and shows the code once. Only a hash and the last four characters are kept. Your yes: You hand over the code, and the email waits for you.

  4. 11:30
You say: What is running low?

Your helper: Reads the stock list and shows what is at or below its reorder point. Your yes: You decide what to order.

  5. 15:00
You say: Draft the order for the flour supplier.

Your helper: Drafts a purchase order from the low items. Your yes: Nothing is sent until you mark it sent.
